  • The chair will not introduce you in detail, if you wish you can introduce yourself as part of your presentation.
  • Please be at your presentation room 15 minutes before the session starts, so you can coordinate with the session chair.
  • You can bring your own device (laptop) to present your talk. We can provide HDMI and USB-C, for other sockets please bring your own adapters.
  • Or you can bring your presentation on an USB stick in the following file formats:
    • PDF

We recommend to additionally save and provide your PowerPoint or Impress as a PDF as fallback.
  • You can also upload your presentation as a resource to pretalx, in addition to your abstract, if you are comfortable with your slides being publicly available.

Poster presentation

Chairing a session

(see also Giving a Talk)

  • You don't need to introduce the speakers in detail, just announce their talk.
  • After each talk (20 minutes) you lead the discussion (10 minutes).
  • Find further information about the talks and speakers from your session in the conference programme↗. Clicking on a specific talk gives you the abstract and a short bio.
  • There will be helpers from the conference available during the session.

Abstracts

  • You can access the abstracts of all talks in the conference programme.
  • Please note that you can update your abstract in preparation of the conference if necessary and provide or update the extended abstract as a pdf if you want to include further images and/or references, until Sep. 18.
  • We also plan to compile a book of abstracts (talks and posters) as PDF.
